🚚 Terms of Shipment and Delivery policies

Hey! Welcome to Flyland, we are here dedicated to delivering high quality boots into your hands in a speedy and safe way.

And this is our standard delivery procedure in regard to the contiguous US:

1. The Duration of Completing Your Order: After you receive the order confirmation email, every item should be processed in 0-3 working days which includes packaging and other necessary procedures. After the parcel has been dispatched, you will be receiving another confirmation email regarding the parcel information. (But please be notified that during the weekends and on public holidays, the orders will not be dealt with.)

2. Shipment Fees and Duration of Shipping (Standard Contiguous US)

• The Free Shipment: We provide the Standard Free Shipment Service for every order that exceeds the amount of 50 US Dollars.
• Duration of Shipment: After the parcel is dispatched, the Contiguous US standard of shipment is usually in 3-5 working days.
• Estimated Arrival Dates: Considering the overall procedures, you will have your beloved boots to be delivered on your doorsteps in estimated 3-7 working days after your purchase.

3. Track of Orders: After the parcel is dispatched, you will be receiving an email that contains the tracking number of the logistics.  The Logistics information may take roughly 24-48 hours to be activated and updated in the system of the logistics company. It just takes a bit more patience to wait for the information.
