"Zero-Risk, Zero-Cost"

We know buying boots online is tricky since you can't try them on first. That's why we offer a completely risk-free return policy: if they aren't the perfect fit, we cover the return shipping. You won't pay a dime.

 

The 30-Day Window: You have a full 30 days from the day your boots arrive to decide if they are right for you.

 

The Golden Rule (Keep 'em clean!): We gladly pay for return shipping, but please do us a quick favor—only test-drive your boots indoors, ideally on a carpet. To qualify for a refund, boots must be returned in brand-new, completely unworn condition with the original shoebox and tags. If the soles are scuffed or the leather is creased from outdoor wear, we unfortunately cannot accept them.

 

3 Simple Steps to Return:

  1. Shoot us an email: Contact service@flylandshoes.com with your order number and let us know what's up.
  2. Get your label: We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label, completely on the house.
  3. Drop it off: Box the boots up, apply the label, and drop the package off at the designated carrier. No out-of-pocket costs for you.

 

About Your Refund: Once your boots arrive back at our facility and pass a quick condition check, we’ll process your full refund right away. You will typically see the funds returned to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
